With a background in business administration, including an undergraduate and master’s degree, Niki brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as founder and CEO. Her journey into the world of early education began unexpectedly, but it was a path that ultimately led her to recognize a significant gap in the industry – the need for robust business operations and development. Determined to make a difference, Niki founded KSL Consulting with a mission to empower childcare programs with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
