Niki Da’Jon, MBA, is the founder of KSL Consulting and a trusted leader at the intersection of education, business, and workforce development. With more than a decade of experience spanning early education systems, organizational leadership, and business operations, Niki is known for helping leaders move from reactive management to intentional, sustainable growth.
Her work is grounded in both strategy and real-world practice. Niki holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in business administration and brings a disciplined, business-minded approach to education and mission-driven organizations. She began her career in early education operations and leadership, where she identified a common challenge: strong missions unsupported by the business systems needed to sustain them. That insight continues to inform her work today.
In addition to leading KSL Consulting, Niki is the Founder and CEO of Career Training Group, a workforce development and training organization that has supported hundreds of educators and programs across Louisiana and beyond. Through this work, she has partnered with state agencies, workforce systems, and education leaders to design scalable solutions that strengthen organizations and the people within them.
